The mentorship program was originally launched by BAARC in 2010 as a way to create learning opportunities for mentees and mentors in the areas of career and personal growth, leadership development, and group dynamics. In 2025, BAARC will again join forces with sfBIG, AMA SF and PRSA to create a mentorship program inclusive of the entire marketing and advertising community in the Bay Area.
The program brings all mentors and mentees together once per month to work together on various topics of growth and development. The Mentorship Program also offers monthly Fireside Chats to learn more about various industry opportunities as well as monthly open Office Hours to bring any questions to our mentor panel as you work on your SMART goals.
